At Bluetree Group, we recently completed a technical visit to China, hosted by Amara NZero, Huawei Digital Power and LONGi Solar, to see their facilities and manufacturing processes for BESS and PV technology first-hand.
What we took away from the visit
During the visit, we toured production plants and quality control labs for batteries and solar panels, getting a close look at manufacturing processes, performance testing and how digitalization is integrated into every stage of production. Understanding these processes first-hand is central to the technical advisory work we do at Bluetree: when we assess technology selection or run technical due diligence for a client, knowing how equipment is manufactured and quality-controlled lets us give a more informed view on long-term reliability and performance.
