## Our Commitment to Quality and the Environment

Blue Tree AM, S.L. recognises the importance of delivering the highest quality in its services for the development and management of renewable generation and energy efficiency projects, as well as the importance of respecting and caring for the environment. To this end, the company allocates the resources needed to deliver its services with every guarantee of success and environmental care. The company has implemented the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards with the following objectives:

- We are committed to complying with all laws, regulations and other requirements for the protection of the environment that apply to the activities carried out by our organisation.
- We are committed to continuously improving the effectiveness of our Integrated Management System by strengthening our relationships with clients.
- We maintain effective communication with our clients in order to understand their requirements when advising them, and to deliver our services in a practical and timely manner.
- We are committed to assessing the environmental aspects of our activity in order to minimise its impact on the environment as far as possible and to prevent pollution.
- All our quality and environmental objectives and targets are continuously reviewed.
- Where economically viable, we promote the use of the best available technologies to minimise our impact on the environment.

## Our Certifications

Blue Tree AM, S.L. holds the following certifications, issued by ADOK Certificación (ENAC-accredited):

Scope: development and management of renewable generation and energy efficiency projects.

## Ethics and Compliance

Blue Tree AM has a compliance framework approved by its Board of Directors and overseen by its Compliance Officer. It includes:

- **Code of Ethics**, based on integrity, respect, responsibility and confidentiality, including respect for human rights and the protection of people and the environment.
- **Crime Prevention Manual**, with a zero-tolerance commitment to the commission of offences.
- **Global Anti-Corruption Compliance Policy**, covering bribery, gifts and hospitality.
- **Conflict of Interest Policy.**
- **Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Manual**, including customer due diligence procedures.
- **Protocol for the prevention of workplace harassment, sexual harassment and harassment on grounds of sex.**
- **Data Protection Policy**, in line with the GDPR and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
- **Right to Digital Disconnection Policy.**

## Whistleblowing Channel

Employees, clients, suppliers and any third party can report conduct that may breach the law or our Code of Ethics, in accordance with Spanish Law 2/2023 on the protection of whistleblowers:
