Join the Bluetree team in Madrid and step into the dynamic world of Technical Advisory for PV plants projects. This is your opportunity to immerse yourself in an electrifying role where your expertise will span across the entire lifecycle of projects, from conception to completion.
As a key player at Bluetree, you'll be instrumental in guiding new-build projects through development, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. Additionally, you'll collaborate with asset owners to enhance existing facilities, whether through repowering, major repairs, performance optimisation, root-cause analyses, claims support, or strategic design.
Responsibilities
- Dive deep into the heart of each project, uncovering the mysteries of site constraints, environmental risks, land assessment, and the electrifying grid connection potential.
- Take the helm in reviewing project designs, scrutinizing contractual masterpieces, dissecting environmental studies, and deciphering planning permissions, grid offers, and grid connection agreements for PV projects in the dynamic landscape of Spain.
- Prepare for an adrenaline rush as you coordinate, manage, and evaluate EPC tenders with unmatched precision. Your revisions will pave the way for project success.
- Keep a vigilant eye on the horizon, ensuring the highest quality standards through rigorous oversight and quality assurance of team-produced reports.
- Provide clients with technical support that's nothing short of magical. Guide them through every project phase, conjure actionable insights, and unveil potential issues and risks, leaving no stone unturned.
- Lead the charge in negotiating contracts on behalf of our clients, ensuring they emerge victorious in every deal.
- Forge powerful connections with clients and stakeholders, building bridges that lead to extraordinary project outcomes.
- Lead and inspire your team with effective communication, ensuring a harmonious flow of energy within the project.

Requirements
- Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience in PV solar plant Technical Advisory, including development, design, construction, and operation.
- MSc in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field.
- Strong understanding of health and safety standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Team player with leadership capabilities.
- PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of other European languages is a strong plus.
