Join the Bluetree team in Madrid and explore the fascinating world of Technical Advisory for PV plant projects. This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in a challenging role where you will be involved in every stage of the project, from beginning to end.
As a valued member of the Bluetree team, you will play a crucial role in guiding the development, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases of new-build projects. Additionally, you will collaborate with asset owners to improve existing facilities through repowering, major repairs, performance optimization, root-cause analyses, claims support, and strategic design. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the success and growth of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Explore the depths of every project, unveiling the secrets of site limitations, environmental hazards, land evaluation, and the electrifying potential of grid connections.
- Seize the opportunity to lead the way by examining project designs, meticulously analyzing contractual agreements, examining environmental studies, and interpreting planning permissions, grid proposals, and grid connection agreements for PV projects in the vibrant Spanish landscape.
- Get ready for a thrilling experience as you skillfully coordinate, manage, and evaluate EPC tenders with unparalleled precision. Your meticulous revisions will be the key to achieving project success.
- Maintain a constant watch on the future, guaranteeing impeccable quality standards through thorough supervision and assurance of team-generated reports.

Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in PV solar plant Technical Advisory, encompassing development, design, construction, and operation.
- Master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Collaborative individual with strong leadership abilities.
- Having a PMP or equivalent certification would be beneficial.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish at a professional level; familiarity with other European languages is highly advantageous.
