Our COO, Águeda Núñez, took part as the featured guest in the first edition of IA Confidencial, a format organised by DECIDATA and hosted by its CEO, Iñaki Pertusa, where one company opens up its AI project with no filters and no sales pitch.
Águeda shared how we've approached AI adoption from the inside at Bluetree Group: building our data infrastructure, analysing that data, and developing an AI-based anomaly detector to monitor our equipment. We also talked about the hard decisions and roadblocks we've faced along the way — the part of the process that's rarely shared in public.
This project is the foundation of CANDRA.knowledge, our AI-powered early anomaly detection tool for renewable assets.
IA Confidencial is a closed-door session, invitation-only and not recorded: the goal is for companies to speak with complete honesty about their AI adoption journey, without any marketing filter. For us, it was a chance to share the real story of our project with other companies going through a similar moment.
